Palletizing and Stacking
PSA’s robotic palletizer System is built around a multi-axis ABB Robot and uses custom end-effectors to stack virtually any product. As a turn-key integrator, we are able to take basic information about the product and the desired pass through rate, and create a palletizer that works seamlessly with your existing manufacturing line.
Other robotic systems rely solely the manufacturer’s propriety programming language to govern their movements. These languages can be difficult to learn and can require expensive service visits even for simple modifications. Our robotic palletizer system uses our RobotHelm technology that allows adjustments by customer’s on-site technicians reducing service costs and sickening unscheduled downtime.
In addition to creating a more robust system, RobotHelm allows our robotic palletizer system to pick and place from multiple in-feed lanes to multiple pallets as a continuous process.
